Microwave:

  1. Remove sleeve and leave pouch in microwavable tray.  Carefully cut small slits in the top of pouch to vent and steam.
  2. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.

Stove-Top:

  1. Heat skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp. of oil.
  2. Empty contents of pouch into skillet and stir every 30 seconds.
  3. Approximate heating time takes 3-5 minutes or until hot.
